These EZ Classical Duets a great introduction into the world of counterpoint or two melodies working together to form one sound. Don’t let the fact that these are “classical” pieces of music scare you. They require a bit more precision than common fiddle tunes without being any more difficult. These arrangements are all in common keys and can be played in first position, using open strings when available, making them similar to fiddle tunes and waltzes that you may already know. These simple arrangements also sound great with other string instruments including guitar, fiddle, banjo, cello, and even dobro.
